Fashion Show Tentative Schedule

3:30-5pm:          All members should be present to set up!! Raffle tables, raffle tickets.

 

5-5-30:         Practice serving, discuss raffle ticket salessort out fashion outfits, sound testing, prepare food.

 

5:30:            Doors open to public.  Recorded music playing, revolving slide show presentation of all sponsors and club photos.

 

6:00             MC’s Marla and Emily open the show with 2 fashions (1 girl, 1 guy)

                        MC”s announce the first act:  Also introduce our jewelers and hair wrapper

 

6:15             First act:     Modern Dance 1

                        Second act;     Modern Dance 2

 

6:30:            MC’s announce our first band (solo act? Or band???)

 

6:45:            MC’s remind about raffle tickets, discuss some of our sponsors and showcase three of our baskets (WHOLE FOODS, TRADER JOES, HEMP LOTIONS)

 

6:50:            Next act;  First band:  THE JACKS!!!!!

 

7:15:                MC’s announce next two fashions  (Male/Female)

 

7:30:                MC’S announce SOLO DANCE BY STEVE GORSKI

 

7:40                 MC’s announce next two fashions and display next three baskets

 

7:55:                MC’s announce modern dance act #3

 

8: 05:               MC”S announce next three fashions and next three raffle prizes (jewelry, cleaning products, blind faith shirts, ect).

 

8:15:            MC’s announce STRANGE NEW THINGS!!

 

8:45:            MC’s announce final fashions and raffle prizes.

 

9:00             Final modern dance number (big one merging into two)

 

9:15:            FINAL Raffle call,  then..MR CHAMBERS EXPERIENCE BAND!!!

 

9:45:            CLOSE THE SHOW!!!
